Reiki Level 1 Workshop
All our face to face and online Reiki Courses. All courses include a guidance manual as well as on-going support, if required. During this workshop you will learn about the history of Reiki, how to implement Reiki into your way of living and receive three attunements, which will enable you to treat your family and friends . Reiki Level 1 opens you up to the flow of Reiki. You will learn the hands on therapy for self-treatments, family, friends and animals. You will learn about the history of Reiki, how it is passed on through you and to others and how to use it in your every day life.
Reiki Level 2 Workshop
All our face to face and online Reiki Courses. All courses include a guidance manual as well as on-going support if required. This workshop is for those who have completed Level 1 Reiki, either with myself or another Reiki Master. During this workshop, you will learn about the 3 sacred Reiki symbols. You will also receive 3 attunements. You will learn how to use Distance Reiki & further your practical experience. You will learn how to set up your own Reiki practice & what is involved. Upon completion you’ll be a fully qualified Reiki Practitioner which will enable you to treat the general public.
Reiki Level 3 Master/Teacher Workshop
All our face to face and online courses include a guidance manual as well as on-going support if required. Level 3 is the Master Teacher level & can only be undertaken once Level 1 is completed, and at least 1 year has passed with you practicing at Level 2. This workshop is for those who want to bring the gift of Reiki into their everyday lives and who want to teach others. You will learn about the master symbols, how to give attunements to others, and further expand as well as deepen both your knowledge and practice of Reiki.
All about Mala Beads
Mala beads can be stunning pieces of jewellery, usually in the form of necklaces and bracelets, but their meaning and usage has developed and adapted over time. In recent years, they have become a fashion accessory, with many people wearing them who are not Buddhists. Mala beads are used in prayer and meditation and each part of the design has a purpose. This course will outline everything that you need to know.
The 7 Chakras
Chakras are the energy centres of the body. They are located in the astral body, along the spine, starting at its base and running upwards to the crown of the head. The astral body is the energy body residing inside our physical body. Each physical body part has a corresponding astral body part. The astral body cannot be seen or touched. This is also a reason why we cannot see the chakras. The chakras radiate a specific colour and energy, and each one coincides with a gland in the physical body. Since each chakra relates to specific spiritual, emotional, psychological, and physical aspects of our being, it is believed that their blockage or malfunction can lead to physical, psychological and emotional disorders. Conscious awareness and balancing of these energy centres, on the other hand, are believed to lead to good health and well-being. A major purpose of yoga is to achieve that. By practicing yoga asanas, you can stimulate and balance these chakras.
How to use a pendulum.

By using the simple techniques that I'll be showing you, you'll be able to repair, restore, and regenerate cellular and organ energies, as well as test for and transmute energy and memory blocks. Clearing blocks in the auric field is a simple process but you need charts, commands and ideas. These will all be provided.

Full Moon Meditation
In each of our full moon workshops we will explore various visualisations, meditations and exercises that will help you to effectively control stress and refocus for the month ahead. Each workshop is experiential and based on the needs of the group and that months full moon.

Students will learn about the history of angels, as well as the different types of angels, and their hierarchy. You will also learn how to connect with angels and discover how to open yourself up to them, how to invoke angel protection, the types of angels that you can all upon and what they are responsible for, and how to connect with your guardian angel.

This tool is based on four important principles: repentance, forgiveness, love and gratitude.
