Anastasiia Fernandes

She is fascinated by the experiences and practices of ancient Indian, Chinese, Tibetan, Japanese, and European cultures,

Anastasiia, our yoga instructor, was born in Ukraine and now resides in South Africa. She is a certified gymnastics coach as well as a yoga instructor. She is fascinated by the experiences and practices of ancient Indian, Chinese, Tibetan, Japanese, and European cultures, with a particular emphasis on achieving physical, mental, and spiritual growth and well-being.

Anastasiia enjoys working with the five life-forces, the elements of water, earth, air, fire, and ether. For balance and prosperity, she believes that people must take responsibility for their own lives through learning to tap into one’s inner wisdom and allowing oneself to enter the natural flow to foster greater confidence and discover and cultivate a deep sense of inner knowing and potential.

Yoga is not just something I teach — it is part of who I am. It keeps me feeling young, vibrant and deeply connected to myself. My mat is my sanctuary, my reset button in a busy, sometimes stressful world. Through Vinyasa yoga, I strengthen my body while simultaneously strengthening my mind, building resilience, clarity and inner calm. This is the gift I love to share — a practice that energises, grounds and supports you through every season of life.

 Yoga, for me, is so much more than movement — it is a sacred return to self. I teach Vinyasa-style yoga that flows with intention, breath and awareness, creating space for strength, softness and deep inner connection. My classes are welcoming, heart-centred and accessible, whether you are brand new to yoga or returning to your mat. I believe in creating a nurturing environment where you feel seen, supported and gently encouraged to grow — physically, emotionally and spiritually. Through mindful sequencing, conscious breathwork and soulful savasana, I invite you to reconnect with your body, quiet your mind and come home to yourself.

She is fascinated by life coaching and as a yoga instructor this forms part of her holistic approach to well-being, addressing both the mind and body in the pursuit of personal transformation.

Mandi Le Grange’s story and philosophy reflect a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face when feeling stuck and the transformative power that clarity and self-discovery can bring. As a Yoga Instructor, Mandi has dedicated herself to helping others navigate their personal journeys towards becoming the best versions of themselves through her yoga teaching and life coaching.

She emphasises general well-being, coupled with the acknowledgment of the perils and stumbling blocks encountered in the pursuit of personal growth, resonates with many who have experienced similar struggles. Mandi’s personal passion for transformation and her belief in the innate power within each individual suggests a positive and empowering approach to her Yoga.
