While we celebrate the diverse needs of our community, it’s important to note that we currently do not offer specialised kids’ yoga classes or Pregnancy Yoga. However, our comprehensive range of classes is designed to cater to the broader spectrum of adults, allowing each participant to explore and embrace the holistic benefits of yoga regardless of their life stage or phase. Our yoga instructor, Anastasiia, was born in the Ukraine and now lives in South Africa. She is a qualified gymnastics coach and yoga teacher. She has a wide interest in the knowledges and practices of ancient Indian, Chinese, Tibetan, Japanese and European cultures, with a specific focus on achieving physical, mental and spiritual growth and wellbeing. Anastasiia enjoys working with the elements of life – water, earth, air, fire and ether. She believes that people have to take responsibility for their own lives in order to achieve balance and prosperity.

Mandi Le Grange is a certified Life Coach and Yoga Instructor.
